We have a $200 minimum for pick-up orders and a $400 minimum for local deliveries.

Party Town Decor is our family business founded in 1988 by Arthur and Francine Martin. For the past 21 years, we, Tammy (daughter) and Janice (daughter-in-law) have been teaming up to create unforgettable events!. We have earned a reputation throughout Rhode Island for executing special events and service!

We have taken this one-time party supply store to a wide-ranging event decor business! We are certified CBAs (Qualatex Certified Balloon Artist) and have completed many wedding decor, balloon artistry, and printing design classes. We all love what we do, reflecting the event's success.

We have worked for large corporate clients such as Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, EY, Walmart, Uno's Pizzeria, CVS, and Sparks Law.

Decorators & Props/rentals

We can work with your budget and design any theme imaginable. We offer onsite decoration and party pick-up packages. Choose any theme, and we provide the props and rentals needed to set up your party. We expertly design and execute every event detail, assuring that our client and their guests can sit back and enjoy themselves. We have dates booking out fast! If your event is within the next two months, don't hesitate to contact us to check availability first.

Due to overwhelming requests, our response time is 2-5 business days. We will respond to inquiries quickly, focusing on the earlier events. Please note: We are unavailable for appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays, only deliveries.
