Prompt reply to every contact made, polite and helpful with every budget concern, offered multiple options to help make it work for us and absolutely beautiful workmanship! The arch was even more special than we expected! She repainted the letters and number we rented so they literally looked BRAND NEW and wow were those the talk of the party! I was concerned that I had wasted money on these items but they were the backdrop of every photo, everyone was asking where we got them and they basically made the party that much more amazing!
